Living in kindness is my greatest value. 

Atawhai means kindness in te reo Māori. I believe in the transformational power of kindness and have designed the studio to be kind to your body, mind, and soul.

There are three things we need to do for healing to happen; eat fresh whole foods, move our bodies, and learn how to reset the nervous system through relaxation. Yoga helps with both movement and relaxation.

 Asanas

are poses or body postures used in yoga to meditate or stretch. The focus is on comfort and balance.
